About Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics in transitional water – the water reaches from the chest to the armpits. Also suitable for non-swimmers. If you have “respect” from deep water, we recommend this type of exercise. In the water, you can do it everywhere.

 

The lesson consists of 40 minutes of exercise / 5 minutes of swimming

 

Also suitable for pregnant women

What the lesson looks like

First of all, it is necessary to warm up the organism, to prepare it for the load (warm-up). This is followed by warm-up 2, where the intensity of the movements increases. The main part of the class is spent doing aerobic exercises that develop strength and endurance and shape the figure. Exercise is speeded up, aids are used. Relaxation phase, relaxation and finally the body has to warm up again so that a person leaves the pool with a feeling of warmth.

 

Aqua aerobics is a form of exercise movement against the resistance of water, which spares the joints and enables people with mild health problems to exercise. The exercise is as intense as on dry land, only it is perceived more pleasantly, because the water also refreshes.

 

The lesson focuses on weight reduction, physical fitness and body alignment. Various fast movements aimed at exercising all parts of the body are performed. Aqua aerobics can be practiced by both women and men of all ages and weight categories.

Aquatic environment and its benefits

Overloading, exercise does not burden the bones, joints and spine of the body. The resistance of water is 12 times greater than that of air, it is the perfect strength machine.

Thanks to the pressure of the water on the surface of the body, there is a mild massage effect and at the same time a better breakdown of subcutaneous fat and body shaping. For insecure exercisers, kilograms of excess weight or other deficiencies remain hidden under the water’s surface. You can do exercises in water that would be very challenging on dry land.
