Come and recharge your energy straight from the source! During the Elements of Nature weekend, our sauna masters will guide you through the world of the four elements:

• Fire – strength and purification
• Water – flow and relaxation
• Earth – grounding and stability
• Air – lightness and freedom

Each day one element, each wave of the fan a stronger connection with nature. Fragrant herbs, natural essences, drums, rustling leaves, and crackling fire – all in hot steam.

Each day features original ceremonies based on the current element – experience nature with all your senses!

Ceremony schedule:

• Thursday to Sunday from 19:00 – themed and theatrical ceremonies

Terms & Conditions

The “Elements of Nature” promotion takes place from April 9 to April 12, 2026, and applies only to Saunia sauna worlds in the Czech Republic (not valid for Saunia Thermal Resort Karlovy Vary). You will receive 500 loyalty points when purchasing a full-day admission at the reception (points will be credited to the app upon departure). The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Not valid for entries paid with points, vouchers, or passes. Saunia, s.r.o. reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or terminate it early.
